Roundabout Theatre Company staged Neil Simon's Hotel Suite at the Gramercy Theatre in 2000, with first preview on May 23, opening night June 15, and closing night September 10, 2000.

Hotel Suite is a revival of 4 different scenes from Neil Simon's past "suite" plays (Diana and Sidney, Visitors from Philadelphia and California Suite) and was received with mixed reviews. Writing for The New York Times, Bruce Weber stated "[Hotel Suite] couldn't be less hip...you watch with a kind of campy amazement at the jelled-in-amber social attitudes, the punch-line jokiness of the dialogue and the well worn clowning."

Directed by John Tillinger with sets designed by James Noone, costumes designed by Theoni V. Aldredge, lighting designed by Kevin Adams and sound designed by G. Thomas Clark.

Helen Carey played the part of Diana, Leigh Lawson played the part of Sidney, Randy Graff played the part of Millie, Ron Orbach played the part of Marvin,Charlie McWade played the part of Borden/Bellhop, and Amanda Serkasevich played the part of Grace/Mimsey/Woman in Bed. Understudies/Stand-bys: Lucy Martin, Ian Stuart, Ellen Ratner, Richard Ziman,  Matt Opatrny, Sandy Rustin.
Hotel Suite is a joining together of four one-act plays lifted from Simon's popular trilogy of hotel plays - Plaza Suite, California Suite, and London Suite
